FMCG Manufacturer

This large beverage manufacturer transitioned away from using natural gas and onto a bio-power system to deliver their heat. The 4.15MW, 5-pass boiler delivers 6.3 t/h of steam at 7 bar pressure for their manufacturing processes. Making this move has cut the thermal energy costs at this facility by over 70%.

CASE STUDY 2

Residential District Heating System

An entire town in Denmark is using a Justsen boiler to deliver heating to every home in it. Using wheat straw as the fuel source, this 5.5MW hot water boiler is designed to run 24/7 for 25 years. The dependability of the Justsen system is demonstrated clearly by the trust that the folks in this cold part of the world are putting in it to keep them warm for years to come.

CASE STUDY 3

Industrial Joinery Company

Using their own waste as one of their input fuels, this joinery has cut their cost of thermal energy by nearly 60%, without having to modify their use of heat at all. The bio-power boiler system is entirely automated and remotely monitored, meaning that only the minimum of supervision is required by the operators.
