Case Studies

Real projects.
Real savings.

Four completed biomass boiler installations across Australia โ€” from sawmills and food processors to glasshouses and beverage manufacturers. Every one delivered on time, on spec, and performing as promised.

Dongwha Australia
15MW Hot Water Boiler

๐Ÿ“ Bombala, New South Wales

Dongwha Australia operates one of Australia's largest softwood sawmills at Bombala on the NSW South Coast. Their drying kilns require significant amounts of high-temperature heat โ€” previously supplied by natural gas at considerable and volatile cost.

Justsen Pacific installed a 15MW super-heated hot water boiler system that runs entirely on wood waste produced by the sawmill itself. The system now supplies all the thermal energy the kilns require at a fraction of the previous gas cost โ€” while simultaneously eliminating the COโ‚‚ emissions from gas combustion.

MSM Milling
5MW Steam Boiler

๐Ÿ“ New South Wales

MSM Milling is a regional food processing company that was running its operations on LPG โ€” an expensive and carbon-intensive fuel that left the business exposed to significant price volatility.

Justsen Pacific designed and installed a 5MW steam boiler system burning locally sourced biomass. The transition moved MSM Milling completely off LPG, supplying all process steam requirements from a single biomass system. The project delivered immediate and substantial cost savings alongside a major reduction in the company's carbon emissions.

Suntory Pacific
5.5MW Hot Water Boiler

๐Ÿ“ Swanbank, Queensland

Suntory Pacific is a major beverage manufacturer operating a large production facility at Swanbank in Queensland. Their heating requirements for the facility were being met by gas-fired systems at significant ongoing cost.

Justsen Pacific delivered a 5.5MW biomass hot water boiler system that replaced the gas heating entirely. The scale of the installation โ€” visible in the photo โ€” demonstrates the industrial capacity of Justsen boiler systems and their ability to integrate into large, operating production facilities with minimal disruption.

Family Fresh Farms
5MW Hot Water Boiler

๐Ÿ“ New South Wales

Family Fresh Farms operates a 5-hectare commercial glasshouse growing fresh produce year-round. Consistent, affordable heating is critical to their operation โ€” and they needed a system they could rely on without interruption.

Justsen Pacific installed a 5MW hot water boiler system that heats the entire glasshouse complex. The system has exceeded performance expectations since commissioning, and Family Fresh Farms has become one of Justsen Pacific's most enthusiastic advocates โ€” recommending us without reservation to others considering the investment.

"Justsen Pacific has been a very reliable partner. All promises and agreements have been met. The performance of the boiler has even exceeded expectations. If you are considering investing in a biomass boiler, Family Fresh Farms highly recommends Justsen Pacific."โ€” Patrick de Craen, General Manager
