Dongwha Australia operates one of Australia's largest softwood sawmills at Bombala on the NSW South Coast. Their drying kilns require significant amounts of high-temperature heat — previously supplied by natural gas at considerable and volatile cost.

Justsen Pacific installed a 15MW super-heated hot water boiler system that runs entirely on wood waste produced by the sawmill itself. The system now supplies all the thermal energy the kilns require at a fraction of the previous gas cost — while simultaneously eliminating the CO₂ emissions from gas combustion.

MSM Milling is a regional food processing company that was running its operations on LPG — an expensive and carbon-intensive fuel that left the business exposed to significant price volatility.

Justsen Pacific designed and installed a 5MW steam boiler system burning locally sourced biomass. The transition moved MSM Milling completely off LPG, supplying all process steam requirements from a single biomass system.
